  1. Hey Jody! OK... I think the enzyme thing might be a good idea. I'll look for it. Meanwhile... I kicked my own ass today.

    Love the bootcamp class idea!!

    High Carb Day:

    8:30am: apple w/1 tbsp pb (9GF)

    12:30pm: container of ground turkey (7GF), spinach and mixed green salad with a bit of apple cider vinegar.

    1:30pm: 2 ezekiel, 1 tbsp pb (9GF)

    5:00pm - 5:45pm: lower body workout and abs

    6:00pm - 6:30pm: HIIT workout (4 sets of sprints)

    6:30pm - 2 ezekiel, 1/2 container chicken, 1 tbsp vegimayo (3.5GF)

    7:30pm - body weight class with Tom and Steve (aka - "class that counts for nothing"

    9:00pm: 2/3 container shrimp salad 1 tbsp vegi mayo (3.5GF), bag of carrots

    9:30pm: 1 scoop protein, 1/2 tbsp pb, 1 1/2 tbsp pb with bag of celery (18GF)

    7am espresso/2 sc protein shake
    1100am leg workout

    proteins;

    1 cont chicken breast
    1 cont ground turkey

    carbs;
    3/4 cont brown rice

    fats;
    1 tbsp olive oil
    20 almonds

    veggies/steam cauliflower/salad
    pls check sat/sun no time to blog.

    1/2 container rolled oats
    3/4 container sweet potato

    730pm - the tom and steve nothing class
    yeah right ( which by the way was very good)

    830pm - 5 eggs - 3 yolks and 2 whites
    1 protein shake
    handful pumpkin seeds

  4. Shemey, It was great seeing you tonight. Thanks for coming. You look great! I think you and everyone else in this program would benefit by eating some raw veggies throughout the day. It will boost your metabolism (like Tom went over tonight) I really find that it helps me to lose weight faster when i nosh on raw cucumbers or stringbeans all day long. Your body has to work hard to digest and you burn calories.
