Men Day 29, June 2nd

LOW CARB DAY

5:30 a.m. 1 slice Ezekiel, Dream Protein, Greens First, 1/2 banana, 1/2 serving cashew butter

8:00 a.m. 5 poached, 3 yolks, green tea

packed for today:
Protein:
1 package egg salad with Safflower mayo
1 package chicken
not sure what I will have for dinner yet

Carbs:
1/2 container wild rice

fruit:
1/2 sliced apple

fat:
getting fat from the mayo in egg salad and packed a mix of walnuts and almonds

Veggies:
Big salad that I am going to pick at through the day
entire bag of celery sticks

    6:00 20 mins of HIIT

    8:00 Mypolex w/1 banana and 3 egg whites

    11:00 15 almonds

    12:30 1 container chicken patty

    5:30 1 container grilled chicken breast

    big bag of veggies throughout day when I get hungry and lots of water

  2. Mark - good... you may want to separate your egg whites from your Myoplex; this way you can spread your calories more through the day. Up to you.

    530am Chest and triceps Max Bench 225 with no pain in shoulder
    700 2/3 container steel cut oats and rolled oats, cup of coffee, dream protien shake with one bananna, 1/4 cup of rasberries and one strawberry, greens first, 2 glucosimine tablets, one fish oil gel tab.

    Packed for work day
    One gallon of water (12 trips to the bathroom yesterday!)
    Beets
    one container of brown rice
    One container of lean ground turkey with taco seasoning
    Carrots, onions, garlic in the turkey mix
    Spinach salad
    I split the rice and turkey into 2 portions and will eat 1/2 at 11 am and the other half at 2pm

    Dinner
    Giant spinach salad with light ranch dressing and grilled chicken. 10 croutons.

  4. LOW CARB DAY

    6:30-HIIT workout- spin bike for 30 minutes

    7:30- protein drink- 42g protein, 24 grams carbs

    9-10 boysenberries

    10:30- 4 eggwhite omlette with 2.5 oz of salmon and celery

    packed- 2 8 0z containers of vegetables, salad, 8 oz tuna with teaspoon of safflower mayo, 1/2 of 1/2 of a sweet potato. Also packed 4 oz of stell cut oatmeal. To many carbs? I will hold oatmeal until tommorrow.
    Dinner- fish, vegetables, slald

    lots of water----can't work-- to much bathroom time

    6:30 1 scoop of dream protein 1/2 scoop muscle milk 1 scoop of greens

    9:00 banana and 17 almonds

    packed

    1 container of chicken patties

    1 container of chicken salad with 1 tbsp of saff mayo

    1 container of sweet potato

    Lots of cucumber, red pepper and carrots

    2 pieces of celery with 1/2 serving of almond butter.

    Dinner

    Probably fish and veggies

  13. 1130 am 2 egg whites + 1 whole egg and a few carrots
    3 pm chicken soup with veggies in it
    430 pm salad with cucumbers and chicken
    7 ish had a red bell pepper

    snacked on some cantaloupe and carrots
    had like 10 sunchips
    drank a homemade compot - water with a whole bunch of fruit boiled together

    drank water throughout the day

  17. Ant - only 1 package of carbs... you had 1.5 yesterday on your low carb day. Low carb days are killer... you will be hungry on those days so eat plenty of veggies

  18. Jan - a poached egg is made by taking an egg from a goose, then spinning it in a circle for 3 minutes straight. Then let it sit in salt water over night. After that you need to break it and scramble it for 5 minutes straight then cook it in a wok on low heat for 10 minutes. Remove and chop it in a bowl into fine pieces, then suck the egg off of a plate through a straw.
    Or you can just take an egg, and put it in a poached egg holder and cook it over boiling water. :-)
