Men, Day 36 Tuesday June 9th

Low carb day

5:30 a.m. 1 slice Hemp seed bread, 1/2 serving almond butter, Dream Protein, Greens First, 1/2 serving of blueberries

8:30 a.m. 3 poached, 1 slice hemp seed bread

Packed for day
Kathy's salad with extra chicken (counts as 1.5 containers of protein)
Chopped turkey meat with greens

Carbs:
done for the day

fats:
23 almonds, extra virgin olive oil on salad

    7:30 Myoplex w/1 fruit

    10:30 4 egg whites w/spinach

    12:30 1 container grilled salmon
    1 container of sweet potatoes

    3:00 15 raw almonds
    fresh veggies

    5:00 1 container chicken sausage

  2. Low Carb Day
    I have taken one portion of gluten free brown rice pasta and divided it up into 3 containers. I then took 1 container of turkey sausage and mixed that into the 3 containers. I will space those 3 containers throughout the day. When I get hungry I will eat one of the spinach salads I brought with me. 1 Protein + I Carbohydrate spread throughout the day.
    700 Greens first
    815 protein shake with a med size banana
    930 Container 1
    My plan for the rest of the day…
    1100 salad
    1pm container 2
    3pm salad 2
    4pm test the 53 and 70 pound kettlebells
    6pm container 3
    8pm Shake

    HIIT- spin class tonight at 6

    7:30 3 eggwhite omlette with salmon and green pepper

    9 apple

    9:30 10 almonds

    packed-7oz organic chicken, 6 oz grilled chicken breast, 4 oz raw carrots, 4 oz sweet potato, 2 oz containers of stringbeans, 10 almonds

    6:45 1 piece of celery, tsp almond butter

    8:30 - apple, 14 almonds

    Packed

    1 container of chicken patties

    Will buy sashimi for another protein

    1 container of sweet potato

    1 container of cucumber

    1 container of yellow pepper

    Also have 1/3 container of guacamole - If I have fish for dinner (probably salmon) is this too much fat? Should I skip the guac?

    Dinner

    Salmon or if toom uch fat will adjust to chicken.

  5. 10 15 2 egg whites + 1 whole egg and coffee
    1 100 cal pack of almonds
    2 45 tuna salad and a cucumber, tomato, and green pepper salad
    6 lean ground sirloin mixed with about 1 cup of whole wheat pasta (i dont even know if it was that much pasta i think it was less), peppers, onions, tomatoes
    8 a few pieces of turkey cold cuts

    drank water and a cup of the homemade compot

    1/2 yellow pepper

    other half sm sweet potato-plain
    recomemndation to put on the sweet potato?

    5oz skirt steak
    9.5oz grilled chicken
    4oz lean turkey

    carbs;

    9.5oz whole wheat pasta

    fats;

    20 almonds
    1 tbsp olive oil

    veggies;

    raw/carrots/cucumber/salad

  11. Anthony - only 1 container of carbs on low carb day... you had 2. Low carb day is tough, so eat extra veggies and it won't be so bad
