ReplyDeleteI have taken one portion of gluten free brown rice pasta and divided it up into 3 containers. I then took 1 container of turkey sausage and mixed that into the 3 containers. I will space those 3 containers throughout the day. When I get hungry I will eat one of the spinach salads I brought with me. 1 Protein + I Carbohydrate spread throughout the day.

ReplyDeleteAnthony - only 1 container of carbs on low carb day... you had 2. Low carb day is tough, so eat extra veggies and it won't be so bad
