Men, Day 33, Saturday June 6th

High carb day... cheat meal day

6:15 a.m. - 1 piece of hemp seed bread, 1/2 serving almond butter, Dream Protein, Greens First, 1/2 banana and 1/2 serving blueberries

9:15 a.m. - 1/4 serving wild rice

10:15 a.m. - deadlifting and stones

11:15 a.m. - 1/2 nutracore shake

12:45 a.m. - 4 egg whites, avocado, onions, mushrooms, white tea, 1 slice multi-grain bread

3:00 p.m. - 12 almonds, 1 piece hemp seed bread

cheat meal tonight around 6:00

    1:30 chicken sausage 1/2 container of brown rice

    3:30 1 light beer

    9 am- bannana

    10:15- boot camp

    11:30- 4 eggwhite omlette with salmom, 1 peice of ezikeil bread ann almond butter

    2- grilled salmon(10 oz), salad, string beans

    dinner- fish or chiken, salad, veggies

    Woke up "late"
    1 cup of coffee
    A few errands
    It's 1130... time for the bells
    60 minutes... HIIT... reached 90%+ 6 times and got as high as 95.2%
    Then I mowed the lawn
    1230 2 slices of EZ bread, chicken/turket sausage patty with a thick slice of tomato
    Finished the lawn
    Drank 1.5 L water... kind of filled up with water...
    Cheat meal tonight was consumed at 730pm
    2 pork spare ribs with a GIANT sweet potato and fake butter and broccoli... and a half of a giant brownie with chocolate shit all over it... took me 20 minutes to eat (I thought is would be ok to use shit cause Tom did).
    I'm thinking that brownie had enough fat in it so I'm saving the almonds for tomorrow...
    I will have a chocolate shake before I go to bed at 10pm on Saturday night... which is an hour past my bedtime

  4. Did I tell you I was on fire?
    I know I'm not supposed to weigh myself all the time but I weighed in at 212.4 after I mowed the lawn...
    I have a ride on mower so the lawn cutting had nothing to do with it...
    I'm thinking that brownie was about 17+ pounds... shit

    a few carrots
    2- tomato soup with pieces of rotesserie chicken and spinach leaves with low fat sesame ginger dressing
    630- a few bites of an egg roll, chicken with garlic sauce (has lots of veggies) and literally 3 forks fulls of brown rice
    930- small fruit salad

    water throughout the day

    1 poached egg, 1 egg white
    tbs saff mayo
    cont chicken

    7:30
    3 chicken burgers w/ spinach, pepper, onions in the burgers (no buns:)
    cont cold wheat pasta with veggies (broc & pepper) mixed in
    6 cherry tomatos
    1/2 cont cucumbers
    sm salad w/ 2tbs lt. Italian dressing
    2 glasses red wine
