    8:00am: 1 Ezekiel, 1 tbsp pb (9GF), 1 scoop protein shake

    11:00am: 1 container (4 eggs, 3 yolks (15 GF)) egg salad, 2 tbsp vegi mayo (7 GF), 1 slice rye bread

    1:00pm: 1 container ground turkey, onions

    6:00pm: serving of nuts (14GF)

    8:30pm: I made lettuce wraps... boston lettuce, ground turkey, spinach and carrots, 2 tbsp peanut satay (5 GF)

    Jody... sorry I didn't get back to you... on the road today. Are you having your "special class" tomorrow at 5:30? If so can you email me? klollin@heraldnb.com... I am set to come. Maybe I can come a few min. early or stay later for the those exercises. Let me know what works for you. Thank you!!!

    i guess i already used mon/tue up
    as.. my high carb days. oh well next
    week i will skip days
    Low carb day
    7am espresso/ 3/4 skim milk
    8am 3 egg (1 yolk) omlete/mush/onion/red pep
    11am 2 sc protein shake/greens

    carbs; 1230pm-2 sl/ezekeil bread

    proteins; 1 cont tuna salad
    1 cont steak
    fats; 20 almonds(16)gf
    1 tbsp safflower mayo(5gf)
    1 yolk (6gf)
    veggies; raw cucumber/lettuce/carrots
    saute brussel sprouts/zucci
    10pm 2 sc protein shake

    8:15 - elliptical

    10 - 1 container rolled oats (6oz); 1.5 scoops dream protein

    12:00 - 1 tbsp almond butter

    1:30 - 1 container egg salad (1 yolk) w/ 1 tsp saf mayo

    4:30 - half container chicken salad w/ 1tsp saf mayo

    7:30 - 1 container sauteed chicken sausage w/spinach and egg whites w/ 1/3 tsp macadamia nut oil

    9:30 - 1.5 tbsp almond butter
