Men, Friday June 19th

Posted this yesterday and for some reason never went up... in the city now, will fill in later. On a timed internet connection at hotel and yes we had a great time, thanks for asking! I will also answer all your e-mails as soon as I get back this afternoon. Last night (Friday) was obviously our cheat meal.

    1 container whole wheat pasta w/ organic sauce
    1 container turkey
    1 container chicken
    2 scoops protein shake
    Raw peppers
    Celery

    6:00 am
    1 slice Ezekiel bread, 1 tbsp butter
    1-1/2 scoop protein shake w/banana

    9:30am
    package of carrots

    10:30
    23 almonds

    1:30
    Grilled chicken, scrambled egg whites, onions
    and peppers
    Broccoli

    7:00
    1-1/4 container grilled salmon
    1/2 container barley and mushrooms

    10am
    handful of walnuts

    red grapes ( I could not find anything else to eat so I thought fruit would be the best even though it was my second piece of the day)

    lettuce and olive oil and lemon
    2 peanut m&m's

Pat - let me know if this was a high or low carb day... also, (based on our conversation yesterday), please try as best you can to get your proteins from actual foods if and when you can.... also, please keep fruit to the morning only (first thing in the morning is ideal)... it's a blood sugar thing; but the casein before bed is a good choice. Finally, eat a lot more veggies my man - PLEASE ! ! !
