    Snack mixed nuts (14g)
    Lunch 1 cont turkey, spinach, broccoli & green beans salad, coffee-stevia skin milk
    Snack zucchini, mushrooms, crushed tomato, 1 cont ground sirloin
    Dinner 1 cont sirloin, raw spinach, scallions, & green bean salad
    Snack ¼ cup sunflowers (15g)

    7:30 1 cont flank steak

  4. Denise, If you didn't lose weight this week start doing 1.5 container of carbs on high carb day instead of 2. Meals look good.

    11a 30g Harmonized protein; string beans; half container sweet potato
    1:30 1 container chichen salad made w/1 tbsp saf mayo; cucumbers
    3p 30g Harmonized protein
    5:15 arms workout
    7p 1 container turkey burger; raw veggies
    8:30 2 tbsp almond butter; green tea
    water all day

    10:00 Banana w/ 2 tbsp peanut butter

    11:30 1/2 container ground turkey w/ 1/2 container sweet potatoe

    2:00 large salad (balsamic)w/ container of broil salmon

    5:30 to 6:30 TBC

    7:30 1/2 container ground turkey, container of mixed veggies (steamed) and salad w/balsamic

    Gallon Water
