Men Day 34, Sunday June 7th

Low Carb day

7:45 a.m. - 1 slice Ezekiel, 1/2 banana, 1/2 serving blueberries in dream protein shake with greens first

10:45 a.m. - KB class - kick ass

noon - 3 egg whites, spinach, tomato, 1/2 slice dry rye

3:00 p.m. - Dream protein, greens first, 1/2 slice hemp seed bread with almond butter

rest of day will be chicken and beef, veggies, and egg whites with veggies

BIG SHOUT OUT to Brett and Mark - as I pulled up early this Sunday morning those 2 maniacs were out there dragging the sled and pushing the prowler.... I think a tear came to my eye.... I was either proud of them or parked too close to the EOS and got all hormonal. Nevertheless, great job boys and to the rest of you who have been kicking the ass out of this thing. Amazing!!!

    8:00 HIIT - sled, prowler 35 minutes

    9:00 Iced coffee 1 tbsp 1/2 and 1/2

    9:30 1/2 container chick salad with 3/4 tbsp light saff mayo, cucumber

    12:00 1/2 container of chick salad, mixed fruit

    3:30 chicken sausage and grilled onion on ezekial bun

    4:45 1 scoop of dream, 1/2 scoop of muscle milk 1 scoop of green

    7:30 shrimp in spicy fra diavlo sauce, salad.

    Water and green tea

    I succomed to 4 pieces of bacon, handful of fruit, and small portion of scrambled eggs banquet style
    1130 kettlebells... 90% plus 5 times in 40 minutes
    1/4 serving lentils, 1 serving haddock
    2pm spinach salad with 1/2 serving of chicken
    6pm chicken cesare salad with a serving of monk fish
    930pm protien shake

    Seriously, audience questions can be hard to hear, you "may" want to repeat their question so we can hear & understand what question you were answering from the audience. Great to view tape since I had missed it. Thanks!

    1130 a whole wheat bagel - 1/2 with egg salad 1/2 with tuna
    430 a piece of bbq chicken and some cedar planck salmon
    6 a few pieces of cantaloupe
    730 carrots with balsamic vinaigrette
    8 a cup of tea

    drank water throughout the day

  17. 745 two egg whites+whole egg and a cup of oj
    12 a small container of egg salad and carrots
    230 half a whole wheat pita with tuna
    4 may be 3 tbs of lean chop sirloin with lettuce (kinda like a homemade taco salad but with out the taco)
    6 spinach leaves with a light balsamic dressing
    and some honeydew
    8 a few slices of turkey (cold cuts)

  19. Jess - only drink water, get rid of the OJ and keep fruit in the morning only. You can have one serving of fruit a day
