Oops, i forgot something important. I also ate 5 olives during the day and 5 olives at dinner. Keep meaning to ask you about olives and if they have a place in this plan. I used to eat alot of olives before the challenge.
Saturday was a tough day- family party but I think I managed to stay in the ball park.., same problem tomorrow, but I hope to get a good workout in the morning and make it a cheat day that is not too crazy... Lisa, looks great. What type of olives, so I can look it up? 8g of the jumbos has 7 calories. I wouldn't go nuts but what you had was fine. They are basically fat and sodium.
