    Gallon bag of sliced raw veggies
    1 gallon water

    9 -- teasp almond btr

    10 -- 11 boxing

    12 -- .5 egg salad/1 corn thin

    2 -- .5 egg salad/large chopped salad with vineger

    4 -- .5 roast turkey london broil slices/corn on cob/ 1/4 mashed squash

    6-7:30 - hot yoga

    8 -- 1 cont chicken saus with veggies and hot chili oil in wok / .5 brown rice

    12 1 cont cooked beef, 1 cont steamed string beans with seasoning
    3 1 cont shrimp & scallops, salad with 1 tbsp olive oil and balsamic
    4 1 ezk, 1 tsp almond butter, tea
    7:30 1 cont filet mignon, 1 cont steamed string beans seasoned

    11:00 1/2 container ground turkey breast w/peppers & onions, 1/2 container sweet potatoe, 1/2 container asparagus

    2:30 Large spinach salad w/ balsamic vinagrette & egg yolk, container mahi mahi

    5:30 to 6:30 spinning

    7:00 1/2 container ground turkey breast w/pepper & onion, 1/2 container sweet potatoe, 1/2 container steamed green beans

    10:30 Dream Protein (2 scoops) 1 tbsp of PB

    Quart bag of veggies, gallon of water

  9. Oops, i forgot something important. I also ate 5 olives during the day and 5 olives at dinner. Keep meaning to ask you about olives and if they have a place in this plan. I used to eat alot of olives before the challenge.

  10. Saturday was a tough day- family party but I think I managed to stay in the ball park.., same problem tomorrow, but I hope to get a good workout in the morning and make it a cheat day that is not too crazy...

  13. Lisa, looks great. What type of olives, so I can look it up? 8g of the jumbos has 7 calories. I wouldn't go nuts but what you had was fine. They are basically fat and sodium.
