    Low carb;

    7:30 2 slices ezekiel, 2tbsp almond butter (16gf)

    10:30 protein shake

    12:30 .5 container of egg whites with spinach

    1:30 protein shake

    3:00 upper body workout

    4:30 container grilled chicken salad 22 almonds (16gf)

    7:30 protein shake

    11:30 .5 container of veggie sausage 1 tbsp almond butter (8gf)

    8 oatmeal
    10 mixed nuts (14g)
    12 1cont ground sirloin, spinach, 1 tbs drew’s lemon tahini dressing (7g)
    2 cucumbers
    4 strength, cardio workout
    6 1cont brown rice, 1cont grilled chicken, broccoli, 1tbs canola oil (14g),
    8 mixed nuts (14g)
    I started out to do a low carb day but dropped the ball. Happy to say I have no cravings and have been very satisfied. The weekend will be the true test.
    Anyone have a good recipe for fresh beets?

    spinach salad w lemon juice
    .75 cont chicken
    1 egg (5 g)
    salad
    1 cont chicken
    1 cont whole wheat pasta
    1 tbsp olive oil (15 g)
    lemon juice
    gal water

    low carb and cheat day
    9am 4 eggs - 2 yolks and 2 whites

    11 3/4 container rolled oats

    2pm 1/2 container chicken

    salad- romaine 1/4 egg cucumbers cranberrys

    8pm cheat meal
    veal chicken and shrimp parm
    so at least 1 container protein
    no carbs

    small portion of ice cream
