High Carb 8 oatmeal 10 mixed nuts (14g) 12 1cont ground sirloin, spinach, 1 tbs drew’s lemon tahini dressing (7g) 2 cucumbers 4 strength, cardio workout 6 1cont brown rice, 1cont grilled chicken, broccoli, 1tbs canola oil (14g), 8 mixed nuts (14g) I started out to do a low carb day but dropped the ball. Happy to say I have no cravings and have been very satisfied. The weekend will be the true test. Anyone have a good recipe for fresh beets?

no carbs
