Men Day 31, Thursday June 4th

Low carb day

5:30 a.m. Dream Protein, Greens First, 1 slice ezekial, 1/2 serving almond butter, 1/2 banana

8:30 a.m. Celery, 12 almonds

10 a.m. 1 slice ezekial, 2 scoops Dream Protein, Greens First, 10 walnuts, other 1/2 banana
CARBS ARE DONE FOR DAY

Taking Jordan to Yankee game

before we go into stadium will have chicken

after game will have steak

lots of water and veggies packed in cooler with some almonds

    2 pieces celery with 1 tbsp almond butter

    1 container of tuna fish 1 tbsp safflower mayo

    1 container of chicken

    1 container of steamed broccoli, green beans and snow peas

    1 container of cucumber

    1 container of peppers / onions

    1/2 container of brown rice

    1/2 container of sweet potato

    Dinner-

    not sure, either chicken sausage , bison or fish.

    7:45 workout

    8:30- 4 eggwhite omlette with salmon and celery

    11:30- 8 OZ Steeel cut oatmeal, boysenberries

    packed: salad, 2 oz containers of brocolli, 8 oz of tuna with teaspoon of ssaffrom mayo, 5 oz of chicken, 4 oz of sweet potato, 15 almonds

    dinner- chicken, veggies, salad

    8:00 4 eggs (1 yolk) two slices ezekiel bread super greens with pineapple

    10:30 - 11:30 Chest and biceps abs

    12:00 Tuna and salmon sashimi (1 container) seaweed salad and brown rice (1 container)

    3:30 1 Conatiner of chicken breast 1/2 container of brown rice large salad

    Rest of the day

    1 Container of ground turkey
    1/2 container of chiken breast
    16 almonds
    large salads with the rest of my meals

  4. Breakfast is 2 hard boiled eggs low fat yogert and decaf coffee

    lunch was one of those rotisery chickens with salad. Is that cool ?

    dinner was can of tuna

    8pm I was bored and stole one of my wifes weight watchers ice cream cups in a moment of weakness.

    protein shake, 2 scoops.
    1 tbs alm butter

    6:30
    6oz lean pork tender loin
    mix veggie medley(180 cal, 28 carbs, 10 protein, 5 fats)

    9:00
    2 steamed shrimp & some steamed chicken -1/3 of an order
    tsp garlic sauce
    1 tbs brwon rice

    getting back in groove, time off from jet lag, tomorrow times will be better

    1 sweet potato
    1 lentil
    1 guac.
