  1. I try to eat lots of veges and drink tons of water. I wake up starving.

    I know what you mean about the cheat meals. Its seems that I gain weight and it doesn't come off till the end of the week. My cheat meals aren't terrible because I feel a little guilty about them. I'm looking forward to the phase 3. I think the change might help.

    This weekend I will be away so it will be challenging. Should be back Saturday night so hopefully I will be at the meeting. Wish me luck!

    I missed my blog for Thursday. It was a challenging week with everyone's crazy schedule, but I actually wore pants today for a meeting and they felt nice and loose :)

    Low carb today
    1 EZ cinn raisin
    1 tbs PB (8)
    1 banana

    22 cashews/almonds (14)

    salad from Whole foods salad bar, only protein was chicken mixed with some veggies with oil, but it listed saflower as the oil. So I will figure maybe 7 grams for fat to account for the oil left on the chicken strips and then I used balsamic for the dressing.Picked up some artichoke and kalmata olive chicken sausage to try next week.

    Looking forward to cheat meal tomorrow, but not as much of a pig as I have been since I agree that you feel like crap after and it takes a few days to offset.
