  1. LOW CARB: 8:45 9 egg whites 3 yolks, banana, 12:30 1 container bision w/ red pepper, onion, broccoli, 3:30 cucumber, 6:15 1 container turkey sauage, 1 container whole wheat pasta, spinach salad w/ 1tbs extra vig olive oil, 10:30 2 scoop prontein shake.

    1 container of rotisserie chicken
    1 container of turkey salad

    Carbs:
    2 slices of ez

    Fats:
    cashews
    grape seed oil
    2 tbs almond butter

    Fruit:
    1 banana

    Veggies:
    fresh spinach, cucumbers, onions, red peppers and tomatoes
