Men, Day 23 Monday October 12th

  1. Saturday was regular day, Sunday low carb, all was accroding to plan but would like your comments on the off program meal-Satuday evening. Don't think it is a cheat-it was EARNED.

    1 roll
    appetizer-1/2 lobster with some light sauce, taco chips that were more like hard noodles in chinese restaurant, green japaneese seaweed
    entre-steak and coucous
    dessert-chocoalte cake with the hot center and scoop of ice cream-probably ate 1/4 and shared the rest.

    Today-regular day

    8:00 Hemp bagel
    9:30 container egg salad-used 1/2 of the yokes, safflower mayonaise
    10:00 grapes-equal to 2 fruits
    12:00 1/2 protion of raw almonds
    1:00 container of shrimp, baked sweet potato, salad with balsamic vinegar
    later, 1 and 1/2 portion of almonds
    Wild salmon, salad, 1/2 sweet potato

    By the end of today we will be 27.38095238% complete

    Protein:
    1 1/2 scoops of protein
    1 1/2 container of sashimi
    1 container of halibut

    Carbs:
    2 slices of ez
    1 brown rice

    Fats:
    cashews
    grape seed oil
    2 tbs almond butter

    Fruit:
    1 banana
    1 serving of raspberries

    Veggies:
    fresh spinach, cucumbers, onions, red peppers and tomatoes

HIGH CARB: 6:30 2 SCOOP PROTEIN, 1 ezkiel w/ 1tbs almond butter, 7:15 chest & bi, also 22min HIIT, 9:45 9 egg whites 2 yolk, apple, 2:10 1 container bison, 1 container whole wheat pasta,apple, 5:30 1 ezkiel w/ 1 tbs almond butter, 7:20 1 1/2 scoop protein shake, 8:00 KARATE, 9:15 1 container boil chicken w/ spinach salad & cauliflower, 1 tbs extra vig olive oil.

    1 container of glu. free rice pasta
    1 container of chopped bison (now my fav meat)
    1 tbspn of almond butter. MMMMMMM
