1 roll appetizer-1/2 lobster with some light sauce, taco chips that were more like hard noodles in chinese restaurant, green japaneese seaweed entre-steak and coucous dessert-chocoalte cake with the hot center and scoop of ice cream-probably ate 1/4 and shared the rest.

8:00 Hemp bagel 9:30 container egg salad-used 1/2 of the yokes, safflower mayonaise 10:00 grapes-equal to 2 fruits 12:00 1/2 protion of raw almonds 1:00 container of shrimp, baked sweet potato, salad with balsamic vinegar later, 1 and 1/2 portion of almonds Wild salmon, salad, 1/2 sweet potato
By the end of today we will be 27.38095238% complete
