Men, Day 16 Monday October 5th

Low carb day

Protein:
2 containers chicken
1 container bison
1 scoop Harmonized Protein with Greens First

Carbs:
2 slices Ezekiel

Fats:
2 servings cashews
1 serving almond butter
1 serving extra virgin olive oil on salad

Fruit:
1 banana

Veggies:
Large spinach salad

    1 container long grain wild rice

    Fats:
    24 almonds
    2 tbs almond butter

    raspberries

    Veggies:
    roasted cauliflower, broccoli, red pepper, onions, brussel sprouts

    Upper Body this AM

    Eggwhites with Red Peppers
    Apple, Pineapple
    Salad with Ground Turkey
    2 Ezekial With Almond Butter
    Turkey London Broil with Rice and Pesto

    Definitely feeling like I'm going the wrong direction......Are soy sauce and buffalo wing sauce OK?

    Walked at a fast paste for 2 miles in the morning
    9am 1 container. Organik chicken with Cellery and safflower mayo.
    1 pm 1 container of Brown rice
    3 pm 1 container of homemade chicken meatballs, no sause.
    7 pm 1 container of lean beef, prepared in a slow cooker with broc. and cauli.

  4. low carb day, 4:45 1 1/2 scoop protein, 5:30 23 almonds, 7:50 4 egg whites 2 yolk, 1 ezkiel w/ 1 tbs almond butter, 12:00 banana, 2:00 1 container boil chicken, 1/2 container sweet potatos, 4:30 cucumber, 7:00 red pepper, dinner will be a 9:20 9 egg whites 3 yolk with green pepper.
