Men day 24, Tuesday October 13th

Finally back from Philly after a very long but productive weekend at the Russian Kettlebell Certification. The good news is I was told that I am being promoted to Senior instructor (a position held by less than 10 people out of over 5000+ certified RKCs literally around the world). I feel honored to be recognized because the RKC is a high-speed group and standing out is anything but easy. Nevertheless, back to business:

Low carb day

Protein:
2 containers chicken
1 container Cod

Carb:
1 container sweet potato

Fats:
23 almonds
1 serving almond butter
1 serving extra virgin olive oil on salad
1 serving coconut oil on chicken

Fruit:
pineapple

LOW CARB: 4:45 2 scoop protein, 5:30 23 almonds, 8:30 banana, 10:15 4 egg whites 2 yolk, 1 ezkiel w/ almond butter, 2:30 1 container ground meat, 1/2 container whole wheat pasta, 6:00 cucumber, 9:00 1/2 container ground meat , 4 egg whites 2 yolk, green pepper. 10:00 1oz sunflower seeds

    Container Brown Rice

    23 Almonds (not 26 kevin)

    Salad with Grilled Chicken (no dressing)
    Plum and Almonds
    Apple
    Salad with sliced steak (no dressing)

    If I workout tomorrow and do high carb, can i do the 3 fruits and add a carb with dinner?

    1 1/2 scoops of protein
    1 1/2 container of steamed chicken
    1 container of turkey salad

    Carbs:
    2 slices of ez

    Fats:
    cashews
    2 tbs almond butter
    1 tbs safflower light mayo

    Fruit:
    1 banana

    Veggies:
    fresh cucumbers, steamed baby bok choy, spinach

    2 miles of fast walking
    1 banana
    5oz of blueberries
    Baked Salmon with brown rice and broc
    Lean Sirloin with rice pasta
    Grilled Tilapia with baby spinach salad

  8. David - you can do that fruit thing when necessary but it isn't optimal. Be sure you are eating enough Protein... it's super important
