Men day 25, Wednesday October 14th

Reminder - this Saturday is the seminar up at Collier High School from 8:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. if you miss it you will be missing A LOT. We are going to head back to the gym after to set-up boot camp for those interested... boot camp will start at 11:00 a.m.

HIGHH CARB: 4:45 1 1/2 scoop protein, 5:30 23 almonds, banana, 8:30 4 egg whites 2 yolk 1 ezkiel w/ almond butter 1tbs, 10:45 apple, 11:30 red pepper, 1:50 1 container ground meat, 1 container whole wheat pasta( will change too rice pasta), 3:30 1 ezkiel w/ 1tbs almond butter, 1 1/2 scoop protein shake, 4:15 back & bi, 21min HIIT, 5:45 1/2 BANANA, 1 1/2 SCOOP PROTEIN, 7:45 KARATE, 9:15 1 CONTAINER CHICKEN BREAST w/ spinach salad, 1tbs extra vig olive oil.

    1 1/2 scoops of protein
    1 container of chicken sausages
    1/2 container of chicken salad
    1 container of tuna salad

    Carbs:
    1 container of wild rice
    1/2 container of buckwheat
    1/2 container of rice pasta

    Fats:
    cashews
    2 tbs almond butter
    1 tbs safflower light mayo

    Fruit:
    1 banana
    1 serving of blueberries

    Veggies:
    fresh lettuce, tomato, red pepper
