TUESDAY HIGH CARB Spin/weights coffee banana .5 cont of brown rice .5 cont of egg whites 1 tsp of saff mayo grapes 1 tbl of almond butter 1 piece of ezk bread 1. cont sweet pototoe 10 walnuts vegies 1 cont of hamburger, mixed vegetables protein shake 2 tbl of almond butter water and green tea

Z- health class (you don't know what you're missing if you're not taking)
