  1. here's what i ate today (high Carb):

    Protein: 2 shakes (3scoops of powder)
    .5 bison burger
    .5 egg whites

    Carbs:2 slices ezekiel
    1 container brown rice

    Fat:4 tablespoons almond butter (32gf)
    2 egg yolks (12gf)

    veggies and fruit: 2 bananas
    spinach
    greens powder (2scoops)

    exercise: Upper body weight training
    Z- health class (you don't know what you're missing if you're not taking)

  2. 1slice o9f pineapple (boy does it help)
    1 slice of ez bread w/pp
    1 container of grilled chick
    10 almonds
    1 slice of ez bread w/pp
    1/2 container of scallops w/teaspoon of oil
    10 sweet potatoe fries
    protein shake 1 1/2 scoop.

    night-night see you in the morning!

  4. LOW CARB DAY: 25 HIIT, 1 BANANA, 1 SCOOP HARM PROTEIN, 1 TBSP ALMOND BUTTER (8), .5HEMP BAGEL, .5 WILD RICE, .5 CHICKEN SAUS NO CASING, 1 CONTAINER TUNA, PEPPERS, STRING BEANS, A HANDFUL OF NUTS ( I NEED TO MEASURE I LOST TRACK)

    coffee with alm milk
    2 ezk toasts
    1/2 banana+ 2 botes of pinaple
    1 cont turkey breast
    1 cont mild italian sausage
    2 huge salads(iceberg lettuce, red peppers, cucumbers, onions)
    11 cashews, 11 almonds(14)
    3 tbspoon alm butter(24)
    baked eggplants , beans, mushrooms
    pomegranate tea
    120 oz water

    Low Carb Day:

    25 min HIIT
    banana (2 hours later)
    coffee with almond milk
    1 cont egg whites, 1 yolk (5)
    22 almonds (16)
    10 baby carrots
    10 sugar snap peas
    baked veggies - broccoli, cauliflower, onion, peppers, brussel sprouts (no oil)
    1 cont wild caught red snapper - baked (yummy)
    2tbs almond butter (16)
    90ozs water

    How many pumpkin seeds is equivalent to 22 almonds?
    Do all nuts have about the same fat content?

    TUESDAY HIGH CARB
    Spin/weights
    coffee
    banana
    .5 cont of brown rice .5 cont of egg whites 1 tsp of saff mayo
    grapes
    1 tbl of almond butter 1 piece of ezk bread
    1. cont sweet pototoe
    10 walnuts
    vegies
    1 cont of hamburger, mixed vegetables
    protein shake 2 tbl of almond butter
    water and green tea
