Good Morning Jody, I think my posts from MOnday and Tuesday never made it up, I looked on the blog for comments and they disappeared so here is Wed: 25 HIIT apple 5 oz grapes .5 container of oats w/ 1 scoop Protein .5 container wild rice w/7 egg whites 1tbsp saff may (5) Train w/Tom 2 slices ezekiel w/1 container of chicken, peppers and onions 1 tbsp almond butter (8) 2oz almonds (28) .5 container of chicken sausage... On my low days I am not nearly as hungry as my high days...

Mid Afternoon: 1 ek bread with 1 TB almond butter, 12 walnuts
PM: 1 container turkey meatballs
1 container brown rice noodles with tomatoe basil sauce
Snack: 1 ek bread with 1 TB almond butter 12 walnuts.
