    1 1/2 cont bison, ground and steak
    1/2 cont eggwhites

    3 1/2 tbspoon al butter(28)

    lot of tea raspberry and pomegranate
    1 coffee
    64 oz water

    1 cinn raison EZ
    1 tbs AB (7)

    salad with mixed veggies
    1 C Grilled Chicken and 2 hard boiled eggs with eating only 1 yolk so I guess that is a little fat too
    olive oil (7)

    22 cashews (14)

    1/2 C brown rice
    salmon (fat-not sure how much)
    veggies

    So I am most likely close to my limit for fat, but may have some PB or AB if I am craving it later. No work out today since I was driving all day

    1 1/2 scoops protein shake
    banana

    22 almonds (16)

    1 cont buckwheat
    steamed cauliflower

    1 cont red snapper-wild
    lettuce leaves, red pepper, cucumber

    1 1/2 scooops protein shake

    3tbs almond butter (24)

    64ozs water
    green tea

  6. Hi Jody - Today was a regular carb day for me.
    1 hour power class (weights)
    AM: 1 scoop protein shake 1 TB almond butter, 1 banana

    1 plum

    Lunch: stuffed pepper with ground turkey
    cauliflower with 1/4 boiled egg (yolk and white)

    Mid Afternoon: 1 ek bread with 1 TB almond butter, 12 walnuts

    PM: 1 container turkey meatballs
    1 container brown rice noodles with tomatoe basil sauce

    Snack: 1 ek bread with 1 TB almond butter 12 walnuts.

  8. Good Morning Jody, I think my posts from MOnday and Tuesday never made it up, I looked on the blog for comments and they disappeared so here is Wed:
    25 HIIT
    apple
    5 oz grapes
    .5 container of oats w/ 1 scoop Protein
    .5 container wild rice w/7 egg whites 1tbsp saff may (5)
    Train w/Tom
    2 slices ezekiel w/1 container of chicken, peppers and onions
    1 tbsp almond butter (8)
    2oz almonds (28)
    .5 container of chicken sausage...
    On my low days I am not nearly as hungry as my high days...

    Shara, you are more hungry on your work out days because you are exerting more energy. I am always hungry on my heavy lifting days.
