Phase 3 meeting Sunday November 1st @ 7:30 a.m.

Low carb day

Protein:
3 whole eggs
2 scoops Harmonized Protein
2 containers chicken

Carb:
2 slices Ezekiel

Fats:
2 servings pumpkin seeds
1 serving almond butter
1 serving extra virgin olive oil on salad

Fruit:
Pineapple

    fresh cucumber, red pepper, onion
