    lettuce leaves, red pepper, cucumber

    1 cont gluten-free pasta

    11 cashews (8)

    1 cont turkey breast brined
    spinach salad with 1/2 orange pepper, cucumber, lemon, 2 baby roma tomatoes, balsamic

    2tbs almond butter (16)

    64oz water
    white tea

  2. Today was another low carb day - no exercise
    **AM
    1 c. coffee with almond milk
    2 scoop protein shake w/ 1 TB Almond Butter and 1 Banana (drank 1/2 early and other half later in the morning)
    1 plum
    **PM
    1/2 cont. ground turkey
    1/2 cont. brown rice
    cauliflower
    23 almonds
    **Dinner
    2 whole egg omelet with spinach
    1 slice EK bread w/ 1 TB peanut butter and 12 walnuts.

    High carb day, intervals at gym and weights

    1/2 C brown rice cereal
    strawberries

    1 EZ
    1 tbs PB (7)
    apple

    cole slaw cabbage
    1 C tuna
    1 tbs saflower mayo plus a little extra (6)
    peppers

    1 EZ
    1 tbs AB (7)

    1 C Chicken sausage
    mixed veggies
    1/2 C Ezekeil pasta (gets a little gummy if you over cook, but tastes pretty good)
    spoonful of sauce
    tsp olive oil (7)

    22 mixed nuts (14)

  7. Nancy, I agree. If you over cook any of the pastas that are not reg pasta they get gummy. Rice and corn pasta too. Looks good.
