Women day 22, Sun Oct 11th

Good morning. Three weeks in already. Can you believe it? You are all doing so well. Don't get discourage by what the scale says. For some of you that haven't lost weight I can see that your bodies are changing. I see tightening and more muscle tone. If you do what we are asking you will start to see big changes. Keep a positive attitude. It is so important to your success.

  1. Hi, Jodi, I did not loose anything this week, may be even gained 1/2 lb by my scale, but i am not upset. I started to use your scale in the gym from begining, so i will weigh myself on tuesday when i come to work out in the morning. will let you know. anyway today end up being low carb since i did not get a chance to work out today, it is my fifth low carb this week, but i will catch up tomorrow:
    2 ezk toasts
    banana
    3 tbspoons almond butter(24)
    6 cashews(4)
    22 almonds(14)
    1 cont bison with veg-s
    1 cont ground chicken with vegs
    fresh vegs
    baked vegs
    coffee
    tea
    120 oz water

    Sat. was a hard day for me since I took Emily shopping with a friend and her mom and had to eat food court food, but I found grilled chicken over mixed greens and had to use som elow fat dressing since they had no plain vinegar. High carb day since I had my cheat for dinner

    1 slice ezekiel bread
    banana
    1 tbs PB

    1 C chicken and mixed greens
    6 Fat for dressing

    1 slice ezekiel
    1 tbs Almond butter

    broiled grouper, sangria, bread, garlic shrimp and sausage and some coconut sorbet
    my stomach is paying for it today and I have major heartburn! looking forward to having a nice clean week of eating!

    apple
    .5 cont of eggwhites .5 con of rice 1 tsp of saff mayo
    20 almonds
    1 cont of sweet pototo
    1 container of chicken with tomoto basil sauce and mixed vegetables
    2 tbl of almond butter
    water and tea

    Are carrots and tomotos counted as carbs? Can I use them in my salads?

    1 1/2 scoops protein shake
    few slices of mango

    1tbs of almond butter (8)

    1 cont kosher rotesserie chicken (no skin)
    spinach salad, 2 baby roma tomatoes, cucumber, onion, red pepper, balsamic

    22 almonds (16)

    2 cinn raisin ez
    2tbs of almond butter (16)

    1 1/2 scoops of protein shake

    64oz water

    Had ez bread at 7:30pm. I know it was too late but my schedule was a bit off today. Hopefully will be back on track tomorrow.

    I seem to be a day off so here is my Sunday food too. Low carb day

    1 C brown rice creamy hot cereal
    strawberries

    another day at the mall (teenage daughters are exhuasting to shop with!) food court salad with turkey and balsamic vinegar

    22 cashews (14)

    1C chicken with mixed stir fry veggies and 1 tsp of satay sauce mixed in (5)

    22 almonds (14)
    1 tbs PB (7)

    I think I was a little low on my protein today since they are real cheap with the portions at the salad bar. But I'm not starving
