hi fyi doing the prot, carbs, fats fruit, the workouts and HIT 3 times a week. cheat meals on sat with only 1 glass of red wine 196 lbs this morning.peace my brother...
ReplyDeleteHIGH CARB: 2 scoop protein, 5:30 23 almonds, banana, 7:20 4 egg whites 2 yolk, 1 ezkiel w/ almond butter, 9:30 banana, 1:45 1 container ground chicken, 1 container sweet potatos, 2:30 1 ezkiel w/ almond butter, 3:15 legs & abs, 5:00 2 scoop protein, 8:00 karate, 9:15 9 eggs 3 yolks, green pepper. AND STILL NO BEER!!!!
