Low carb day

Protein:
2 containers chicken
1 container bison
1 scoop Harmonized Protein with Greens First

Carbs:
2 slices Ezekiel

Fats:
2 servings almond butter
1 serving cashews
1 serving extra virgin olive oil on salad

Fruit:
Pineapple
