  2. Regular Carb today - 1 hour power class (weights)
    AM: 1 scoop protein shake, banana, 1 TB pb
    1 slice EK bread, 1 tsp pb, baked apple

    Lunch: 2 turkey meatballs, cauliflower, brussel sprouts

    Dinner: beef stir fry with cabbage, onions, and broccoli with 1 1/2 container of brown rice noodles

    Before bed: 1/2 scoop protein, 1 tsp pb

    High carb day, kick ass workout with Steve

    1/2 C brown rice cereal
    strawberries

    1 cinn raisin EZ
    1 tbs PB (7)
    banana

    1/2 C tuna
    saflower mayo (2) 1/2 of the amount used to mix the whole can of tuna
    salad
    veggies

    1/2 tuna (2)saflower mayo
    11 almonds (7)

    1 C lean ground turkey
    1 C EZ pasta
    1 tbs basil pesto (7)
    eggplant
    mushrooms
    asparagas

    low on fat, but too stuffed from dinner to eat some nuts-I think the pasta expands in your stomach 1C of that is too much to eat at one sitting!
