2 containers chicken
1 container bison
1 scoop Harmonized Protein with Greens First

Carb:
2 slices Ezekiel

Fats:
1 serving cashews
1 serving almond butter
1 serving pumpkin seeds
1 serving extra virgin olive oil on salad

Fruit:
1 banana
