Men Day 15, Sunday October 4th

Phase 2 meeting today @ 7:30 a.m.
Low carb day today
Kettlebell class will be @ 10 a.m. so bring your game faces

1 shrimp

2 slices Ezekiel

Fats
1 serving almond butter
1 serving pumpkin seeds
1 serving extra virgin olive oil
1 serving walnuts

Fruit
1 banana

Veggies
large salad for lunch

  2. 6:30 2 scoop protein, 1 banana, 8:00 chest & tri, 23 min HIIT, 11:00 9 egg whites 2 yolk, 2 buckwheat pancakes, 4:15 2 turkey burgers w/ container rice, 7:00 23 almonds, 8:30 1 container boiled chicken w/ spinach salad, 1 tbs extra vig olive oil. At the bar today, I watch DA BEARS win. I had 2 Jack and club, but hold the Jack.

    - 1 container chicken breast with spinach salad
    - raw cashews
    - cheat meal
