Going to a bar to watch football. WHAT CAN I DRINK BESIDE WATER???????? club soda? no cranberry jucie, or any juice???
ReplyDelete6:30 2 scoop protein, 1 banana, 8:00 chest & tri, 23 min HIIT, 11:00 9 egg whites 2 yolk, 2 buckwheat pancakes, 4:15 2 turkey burgers w/ container rice, 7:00 23 almonds, 8:30 1 container boiled chicken w/ spinach salad, 1 tbs extra vig olive oil. At the bar today, I watch DA BEARS win. I had 2 Jack and club, but hold the Jack.
