Men, day 17 October 6th

Low carb day

Protein:
1 container chicken
1 container bison
1 container shrimp
1 scoop Harmonized Protein

Carbs:
2 slices of Ezekiel

Fats:
2 servings pumpkin seeds
1 serving Almond butter
1 serving extra virgin olive oil

Fruit:
Pineapple

    1 container wild caught flounder

    Carbs:
    1 container sweat potatoes

    Fats:
    20 walnuts
    1 tbs grape seed oil
    2 tbs almond butter

    Fruit:
    1 banana

    Veggies:
    roasted cauliflower, broccoli, red pepper, onions, brussel sprouts, spinach, cucumber

    1 container of wild shrimp and scallops with raw cellery
    1 container of beans
    1 container of lean beef cooked slowly
    1 container of lean turkey
    No fruits no fats
    Down 12 pounds from start. No weight loss so far this week.

    (Fairly Large) Apple
    Salad with Ground Turkey
    1 slice Ezekial with Almond Butter
    Grilled Chicken with Buffalo wing sauce
    Some Walnuts

  7. David - you needed to eat another slice of Ezekail yesterday - too light on the carbs; BTW, once upon a time you used to come to the Wednesday night KB classes...
