ReplyDeleteGreg - you MUST eat your fats and your fruit... if you are not doing what I'm asking you will not get the same effect later... this is not a sprint.
ReplyDeleteDavid - you needed to eat another slice of Ezekail yesterday - too light on the carbs; BTW, once upon a time you used to come to the Wednesday night KB classes...
