    1 peice ezk 1 tbl of almond butter
    10 walnuts
    .5 cont of egg whites 1 tsp saff mayo .5 cont of brown rice
    mixed veges
    1 cont of turkey sausage mixed veges
    2 tbl of almond butter
    water and tea

  2. Hi Jody - Today was a regular carb day and I never did the cheat meal this week. (Trying to be supportive of Jim who is doing Phase 4)
    Morning: brown rice farina with baked apple

    Afternoon: 1/2 container of brown rice pasta with ground turkey

    Snack: 12 walnuts

    Dinner: turkey meatball and chicken sausage with spaghetti sauce and 1 container brown rice pasta

    I'll weigh myself in the morning and email you tomorrow.
