sweet potatoes

1 serving pumpkin seeds
1 serving almonds
1 serving walnuts
1 serving extra virgin olive oil on salad

Fruit
Mango

LOW CARB: 4:45 2 scoop protein, 5:30 23 almonds, 8:00 4 egg whites 2 yolks, 1 ezkiel w/ almond butter, 9:00 banana, 12:30 1 container ground beef, 1/2 container rice pasta, 3:15 2 scoop protein, 1 red pepper, 4:00 legs, bi, & HIIT, 6:00 2scoop protein, banana, 8:30 karate, 9:30 chicken w spinach salad, 1tbs extra vig olive oil. GO YANKEES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
