2 slices Ezekiel

Fats:
2 serving almond butter

  1. LOW CARB: 4:45 2 scoop protein, 5:30 23 almonds, 7:30 banana, 12:00 4 egg whites 2 yolks, 1 ezkiel w/ almond butter, 2:30 1 oz sunflower seeds, 4:00 red pepper, 5:30 1 container ground chicken, 1/2 container sweet potatos, 9:00 9 egg 3 yolks w/ green pepper & onions
