Good morning! Hope everyone had a nice weekend. You're doing terrific. Let me know how you are feeling with carb cycling.

    fruit 1.5 banana, 1 large slice pineapple

    protein: .5 container of chicken
    2 protein shake
    .5 container of eggwhites

    carbs: 2 slices of ezekiel
    1 container of brown rice

    fats: 4 tablespoons almond butter (32)
    1 tablespoon olive oil (14)

    veggies: Salad
    spinach
    2 scoops greens powder

    I think you mean, Tuesday! Hi carb day, HIIT on eliptical machine

    Fruit banana, strawberries and some grapes
    1 slice Ezekiel
    1 tbs natural Peanut butter (8)

    1/4 C chicken
    1/2 C chick peas
    7 olives (7)
    spinach arugula mix with mushrooms

    2 slices woman's bread
    1 tbs Almond Butter (8)

    Salmon 1 C (7)
    Pesto (2)
    eggplant, portabella mushrooms, onions and asparagas

    I still have some fat left for the day and a little protein, I'll see how hungry I am later

    I have a feeling I made major spelling errors-I need spell check!

    banana
    upper body strength training
    1 cont egg whites
    1 yolk (6)
    lettuce leaves

    22 almonds (16)

    1 cont sweet potato
    1 cucumber

    1 cont flounder fillet wild caught (baked)
    baby organic spinach, red pepper, red onion, cucumber, grilled portabella and balsamic

    3tbs almond butter
    64oz water
    white tea

  4. Hi Jody - Today was a regular carb day - One hour of CardioFusion

    1 scoop protein with 1/2 banana and 1 TB pb
    1/2 apple

    1 pepper stuffed with ground turkey, brown rice, and organic tomato sauce
    1 container cauliflower

    1 container brussel sprouts

    large salad with grilled chicken
    1 TBSP extra virgin olive oil
    12 walnuts
    balsamic vinegar

    1 scoop protein
    1 TBSP pb

  7. Nancy, looks great. Just slightly short on protein. You could do 2 tbsp almond butter. i corrected the most. I have been calling it wed all day long!

  9. Eugenia, Looks great! Don't factor in your proteins as fat. If you have steak or higher in fat fish like salmon you could just go on the lower end of the fats. Your range being 40-45 grams of fat per day.
