Eugenia, Looks great! Don't factor in your proteins as fat. If you have steak or higher in fat fish like salmon you could just go on the lower end of the fats. Your range being 40-45 grams of fat per day.

Nancy, looks great. Just slightly short on protein. You could do 2 tbsp almond butter. i corrected the most. I have been calling it wed all day long!
