Women day 14, Sat Oct 3

Wow! It's been 2 weeks already. You guys are really doing great. It's not so hard, right? Tonight you will probably be having your cheat meal so hopefully you weighed yourself this morning. Please, email me your weight. Jody

  1. Hi, Jodi did not get a chance to post yesterday. It end up beeing my cheat day , but i forgot to weigh myself . I will do it in the gym before lecture
    My friday mrnu was :
    coffee with alm milk
    1ezk english muffin
    1 tbspoon al but(8)
    mango
    apple
    chicken sausage (buffalo)(p)3/4 of a cont
    sweet potato(c) 1 cont
    beets, baked veggies, fresh veggies
    1 teaspoon alm butter(4)
    7 pieces sushimi(1 cont )+ 1 piece spicy
    tuna sushimi, vey little low sodium soy sauce
    1 tbspoon alm butter(16)
    13 cashews(8)
    few bites of organic dark chocolate (2 small cubes)
    1 glass of white wine
    125 oz water
    1 tea

    its not fun being on vacation and being strict.But,we are surviving,hehehe.
    I can't weight my self, cause we didnt buy a scale.


    any way:here is my menu for today:

    9am-1 1/2scoops of protein(1/2p)
    1ezkiel(1/2c)
    1tbs almond butter(8gf)
    1slice pineapple(fr)

    12pm-1ezkiel(1/2c)
    11 walnuts(8gf)
    1 banana(fr)

    2:30pm-1/2cont.cooked chicken(1/2p)
    cucmbers,cauliflower

    4:30pm-sweet peppers
    1cont.sweet potato(c)
    11 walnuts(8gf)
    8pm-cheat meal at PRIME ONE TWELVE
    STEAK HOUSE,UMMMMMM DELISHHH

    4oz grapes, apple, 1 scoop Harm protein powder, 5k this morning.
    1slice ezekiel.5 container of chicken.
    1/2 tbsp saff mayo, cheat was sushi:shrimp tempura and a french vanilla cappucino. See u tomorrow

  4. Good evening Jodi - Here is what I had today:
    AM: coffee with almond milk
    1 slice Ez bread with TBSP almond butter
    and banana

    1 scoop protein shake with TBSP of chunky
    reduced fat peanut butter

    1 hour Chizzel It Class - weights/aerobics
    PM: 1/2 container brown rice with vegetables
    and grilled chicken
    1 container broccoli
    1 baked apple

    1 container chicken sausage with broccoli
    rabe

    1 protein shake with 1 TBSP peanut butter

    Wasn't sure if today was going to be my cheat meal day. Went to sushi at night and counted sashimi and some edamame as 2 containers of protein.

    This is how the day went:

    -banana
    -coffee with almond milk
    -workout with Steve
    -apple

    -2 ezekiel cinn raisin
    -1tbs of almond butter

    -1/2 cont of buckwheat

    -spinach salad with onions, grilled portabella,yellow peppers, tomatoes and balsamic vinegar

    -11 almonds

    Considering what I've eaten today is this really a cheat meal? If not, can I do a real cheat meal tomorrow?
    -sashimi (counted as 2 cont of protein for the day),1 spicy scallop handroll, some soy sauce
    -some edamame
    -1/2 cont of brown rice

    Tea
    95oz of water

    spinach sate with salt, pepper and garlic
    couliflowers baked and brussel sprout, beets
    2 tbs alm nutter(16)
    11 almonds(7)
    11cashews(7)\
    130 oz water
    tea

  7. Yesterday was my cheat day!

    1 slice of ez bread w/pp.
    slice of pinapple
    egg white omelete w/tomato and onions.
    1tablble spoon of almond butter.
    3 mojitos
    beet salad w/goet cheese
    grilled scallops maybe 2
    2 bites of chocolate cake YUM!
