Women day 20, Frid Oct 9th

Wow! Almost three weeks already. You guys are doing great. Make sure you email me your weight on the morning of your cheat meal.

    22 mix almonds & cashews (14) (resisted pizza that was brought in for meeting I was doing a demo for-it smelled so good!)

    1 C tuna
    1tbs saflower mayo (14)
    over salad w/veggies

    1/2 C woman's bread 1 tbs almond butter (7)

    1C egg whites
    veggies

    3/4 cont grilled chicken breast tenderloins
    1/2 cont ground chicken, stir fry with red peppers, celery, oions, cilantra, some garlic

    5 cashews(3)
    4 tbspoons alm butter(32)

    coffee
    tea
    100 oz water

    banana,
    1scoop harm protein
    1container egg whites w/saff mayo (5)
    1 container salmon
    .5 wild rice
    1slice ezekiel
    1 oz almonds (14)
    2tbsp Almond butter (17)
    A little high in fats right becasue of the salmon??
    Today:
    25 HIIT
    pineapple
    banana
    1 scoop harm protein
    1 container egg whites
    1 container chicken
    .5 container oats, 1 slice ezekiel, .5 rice pasta
    peppers, cuc's and zuchinni
    2tbsp almond butter (17)
    3/4 tbsp olive oil (10)
    1 oz. almonds (14)

  5. Regular Carb Day
    1 scoop protein shake with 1 TBSP peanut butter and banana

    Baked apple with brown rice farina

    Broccoli rabe with turkey sausage

    Stuffed pepper with ground turkey and 1/2 container of rice noodles.

    Large salad with vinegar and 1 TBSP Olive oil

    1 slice EK bread with 1 TBSP peanut butter and 20 walnuts

    Tomorrow will be my cheat meal and I realized that I won't get in my 4th low carb meal in this week. Should I then have 5 low carb days next week?
    I'll send you my weight tomorrow.
