Broccoli rabe with turkey sausage
Stuffed pepper with ground turkey and 1/2 container of rice noodles.
Large salad with vinegar and 1 TBSP Olive oil
1 slice EK bread with 1 TBSP peanut butter and 20 walnuts
Tomorrow will be my cheat meal and I realized that I won't get in my 4th low carb meal in this week. Should I then have 5 low carb days next week? I'll send you my weight tomorrow.
