Hey Jody - Today was a low carb day AM: 1 c. coffee with almond milk 1 scoop protein with 1 TB almond butter & 1 banana 1/2 container brown rice farina with baked apple
Lunch: 1 container ground turkey red peppers turnip portabello mushrooms
Dinner: 1 grilled chicken cutlet eggplant with stewed tomatoes large salad with 1 TB olive oil and vinegar and 20 almonds
Low carb Spin/weights banana cont of eggwhites with 1tsp of lite mayo big salad with container of turkey sausage cont of sweet pototoe mixed vegetables 10 almonds 3 tbls of almond butter
