    2 strips chicken tenderloins, less than 1/2 cont of protein

    HIIT (25 min)
    coffee with almond milk
    mango (few slices)

    5 egg white omelete with spinach, red sweet pepper

    1 ez cinn raisin
    1tbs almond butter (8)

    1 ez cinn raisin

    1 cont halibut (wild caught) baked
    spinach, asparagus, 1/2 sweet orange pepper, onion,sea salt, balsamic

    48oz water
    white tea

  4. Hi Jody - this is what I ate yesterday and today.
    Sunday (low carb day - no exercise)
    1 c. coffee with almond milk
    1 scoop protein with 1 TB peanut butter 1 banana
    1/2 container brown rice farina w/ baked apple

    1 container turkey meatballls
    1/2 container brown rice noodles

    1 container flank steak
    large salad with 1 TB olive oil and vinegar

    Monday (regular carb day - exercise 1 hour class Chizzel It - aerobics/weights

    2 c. coffee with almond milk
    1 scoop protein with 1 TB peanut butter and 3/4 banana

    Stuffed pepper with ground turkey and brown rice
    beets
    brussel sprouts

    1 slice EK bread with 1 TB almond butter & 1/4 banana (eaten after noon)

    1 container lamb chops
    1/2 large sweet potato
    cauliflower
    Large salad with 1 TB olive oil and vinegar

    Monday is a high carb, I lifted weights at the gym

    1 ez cinn raisin (1/2 carb)
    1 tbs PB (7)
    banana
    strawberries

    1 C tuna
    1/2 avacado (7?)
    spinach arugula salad mix w/veggies and red wine vinegar

    22 cashews (14)
    2 tbs hummas (5) (1/2 carb)

    1 C sweet potato

    1C egg whites and veggies

    I may have left out a fat, not sure a little brain dead today, not really sure how much fat in avacado so I wanted to stay on the low side just in case and I may have had a bit more than 2 tbs hummas so that is why I counted it as 1/2 carb

  6. Hi, Jodi, my day was a low carb. Unfortunately was not able to work out, getting really sick. Not able to work out tomorrow either, staying in. Today :

    3 1/2 tbspoons al butter(28)
    23 almonds (14)

    1 toast (1/2 cont carb)
    sweet potato (1/2 cont carb)

    1 apple

    chicken breast tenderloins(1 cont )
    5 eggwhites(1/2 cont )
    ground chicken (1/2 cont)

    Lot of tea
    1 coffee
    90 oz water

  9. Millie, oct 12th great. How did the meat come out in the pressure cooker? My parents always used the pressure cooker when I was growing up. Pot roast comes out great.
