Hi Jody - this is what I ate yesterday and today. Sunday (low carb day - no exercise) 1 c. coffee with almond milk 1 scoop protein with 1 TB peanut butter 1 banana 1/2 container brown rice farina w/ baked apple
1 container turkey meatballls 1/2 container brown rice noodles
1 container flank steak large salad with 1 TB olive oil and vinegar
Monday (regular carb day - exercise 1 hour class Chizzel It - aerobics/weights
2 c. coffee with almond milk 1 scoop protein with 1 TB peanut butter and 3/4 banana
Stuffed pepper with ground turkey and brown rice beets brussel sprouts
1 slice EK bread with 1 TB almond butter & 1/4 banana (eaten after noon)
1 container lamb chops 1/2 large sweet potato cauliflower Large salad with 1 TB olive oil and vinegar
1 C tuna 1/2 avacado (7?) spinach arugula salad mix w/veggies and red wine vinegar
22 cashews (14) 2 tbs hummas (5) (1/2 carb)
1 C sweet potato
1C egg whites and veggies
I may have left out a fat, not sure a little brain dead today, not really sure how much fat in avacado so I wanted to stay on the low side just in case and I may have had a bit more than 2 tbs hummas so that is why I counted it as 1/2 carb
Hi, Jodi, my day was a low carb. Unfortunately was not able to work out, getting really sick. Not able to work out tomorrow either, staying in. Today :
Millie, oct 12th great. How did the meat come out in the pressure cooker? My parents always used the pressure cooker when I was growing up. Pot roast comes out great.
