    Carbs:
    1 container of brown rice

    Fats:
    cashews
    almonds
    grape seed oil
    sushi spicy mayo

    Fruit:
    1 banana

    Veggies:
    fresh spinach, cucumbers, onions, red peppers and tomatoes
