Men Day 18, Wednesday October 7th

REMINDER: October 17th seminar will be at 8:00 a.m. at Collier High School (about 10 minutes north on rt. 79 from Fit for Life). I will give exact directions via e-mail as the date gets closer. I can't urge you strongly enough to attend. If you are doing this program it is FREE to you and if you miss it you will be missing out on a lot. This is a 1 time shot for me to offer well above and beyond what I do in phases 1-4 in this program so please take advantage of being there.

Workouts for the day:
Squat work out in the a.m.
Kettlbebell class tonight at 7:30 p.m.

High Carb day

Protein:
2 containers chicken
1 container cod
1 scoop harmonized protein

Carbs:
2 slices Ezekiel
1 container sweet potatoes

Fats:
2 servings cashews
1 serving almond butter

Fruit:
1 banana
1 serving pineapple

Veggies:
Large salad for lunch

    Morning
    4 hard boiled eggs-3 whites only
    apple
    23 almonds
    white tea

    afternoon
    grilled chicken-ketchup
    salad
    1/3 container brown rice
    large salad

    evening
    turkey sandwich on Eziekel bread
    going to yankee game-will eat nothing there, no hot dogs, no garlic fries, no peanuts and no crackerjacks-so much for take me out to the ball game.

    Protein:
    1 1/2 scoops True Protein
    1 1/2 container ground bison
    1 container egg whites

    Carbs:
    1 buckwheat
    2 slices of ez bread

    Fats:
    1 egg yoke
    1 tbs safflower light mayo
    2 tbs almond butter
    1/4 cup of pumpkin seeds. 15 walnuts

    Fruit:
    1 banana
    1 serving of raspberries

    Veggies:
    fresh red pepper, cucumber, tomato and lettuce

    Salad with Buffalo Chicken
    2 Slice Ezeikial with ALmond Butter
    Halibut with Pesto

  6. In defense of all the criticism you blogged at me yesterday.....did I point out how LARGE that Apple was. That's gotta be worth an additional carb (plus we only had one slice of bread left). I used to come to KB, but I used to not give a damn about my job.....

    1 5oz container of Blueberries 7 am
    1 container of Turkey with Cellery 12 am
    1 container of Shredded Chicken 4 pm
    1 container of bronzene fish, 1/2 container of sweet potatoes, 1/2 container of cauli 830 pm

HIGH CARB: 4:00 2 scoop protein, 4:45 23 almonds & banana, 7:30 4 egg whites 2 yolk, 1 ezkiel w/ 1/2 tbs almond butter, 11:15 1 container whole wheat pasta, 1/2 cucumber, 1:00 sunflower seeds 1oz, 2:00 1 container chicken w/ spinach salad 1tbs extra vig olive oil, 3:15 1 ezkiel w/ 1/2tbs almond butter, 1 1/2 scoop protein shake, 4:00 legs, 5:00 banana 1 1/2 scoop protein, 7:45 karate, 9:45 1 container ground meat w/ 2eggs whole & green pepper.
