Hi Jody - I feel good. The low carb day was ok and I really didn't feel hungry. I do struggle a bit after dinner when I "crave" something bad....so I have a protein shake. Anyway - today is a low carb day and here's what I ate:
1 c coffee 1 scoop protein shake with 1 TB PB and 1/2 banana 1/2 apple
1 stuffed pepper with ground turkey and brown rice (I figured there's not even a 1/2 carb in it) 1 container broccoli
1 slice ezk bread with 1 tsp pb
1 scoop protein shake
1 large salad with sliced beef - 1 TBSP extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar
