    banana
    spin/weights
    1 tbl protein shake, greens, 1tbl of almond butter (mixing it up a bit)
    salad with container of bison
    10 almonds
    1 container of sweet pototoe
    veggies 1 con of minced turkey
    2 tbl of almond butter

  3. Hi Jody - I feel good. The low carb day was ok and I really didn't feel hungry. I do struggle a bit after dinner when I "crave" something bad....so I have a protein shake. Anyway - today is a low carb day and here's what I ate:

    1 c coffee
    1 scoop protein shake with 1 TB PB and 1/2 banana
    1/2 apple

    1 stuffed pepper with ground turkey and brown rice (I figured there's not even a 1/2 carb in it)
    1 container broccoli

    1 slice ezk bread with 1 tsp pb

    1 scoop protein shake

    1 large salad with sliced beef - 1 TBSP extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar

    3/4 cont ground bison
    lettuce leaves, cucumber, grilled portabella

    22 almonds (16)

    1 cont grilled organic chicken breast
    baby organic spinach, red pepper, 4 roma tomatoes, asparagus, 1/2 avacado (11), balsamic

    Should I have 1 scoop of protein because I'm missing a 1/4 cont?

  6. Eugenia, if you're feeling hungry go ahead and have the protein. If you are too stuffed let it go. You did really well with eating today. Good job!
