Men Day 28, Saturday October 17th

First I want to sincerely thank everyone who showed up this morning... we had over 40 people in the room! Although I couldn't get to part 2, I was really happy to be able to present what I did for all of you; hopefully you can take that information and use it to catapult your success to a different level!

Cheat night!!!

1 container Angus beef

Carb:
1 container sweet potato

Fats:
1 serving almond butter

Fruit:
banana

LOW CARB: 4:45 2 SCOOP PROTEIN, 5:30 23 ALMONDS, 8:30 BANANA, 11:30 4 EGG WHITES 2 YOLK, 1 EZKIEL W/ ALMOND BUTTER, 2:30 RED PEPPER, 6:30 1 CONTAINER BEFF, 1/2 CONTAINER SWEET POTATOS, 7:30 CUCUMBER, DINNER WILL BE 9 EGGS 3 YOLK.   3. Kevin - the seminar will be on DVD for a small fee to cover the cost of recording etc.... there will be a part 2 in the near future because I couldn't get through all the material.
