Good morning! Can't believe it's the weekend already. Hope to see you at the boot camp class tomorrow morning. Rain or shine. Will be held inside if we get the rain they are calling for.

    3 eggwhites(less than 1/2 cont)
    chicken tenderloin cooked with onions and spices(more than 1/2 cont)
    ground bison (1 cont)

    1 ezk cinamon raisin toast
    1/2 ezk muffin

    1/2 yolk(3)
    4 tbspoon al butter(32)
    11 almonds(7)

    banana

    coffee with al milk
    72 oz water

    baked beans(green and yellow)
    salad with bals vinegar

    1 container eggwhites 2 yolks
    peppers snap peas tomotoes with peanut satay
    1 cont of sweet pototo
    24 almonds
    chicken with vegetables
    2 tbl of almond butter

  4. Hi Jody! Here is yesterday's and today's meals.

    Thursday: (low carb)

    protein shake, banana, 1TB pb
    1 slice EK bread w/ 1 tsp pb
    1/2 container brown rice noodles and ground turkey with taco seasoning
    Dinner: porkchop, large salad, 20 walnuts

    Friday: (low carb)
    1 scoop protein shake, banana, 1 TB pb
    1 slice EK bread with 1 tsp pb

    2 turkey meatballs
    turnip

    grilled chicken breast, spinach, and 1/2 container brown rice noodles

    20 walnuts

    30 mins. treadmill
