  3. low carb day - 20 mins on treadmill, 1/2 hour class: upper body blast

    Morning: 1 scoop protein shake, banana, 1 TB AB
    Snack: 1 EK bread, 1 tsp AB
    Lunch: 1 turkey meatball, cauliflower with 1 boiled egg, roasted brocolli
    Dinner: shrimp, scallops with 1/2 container brown rice pasta
    Snack: 12 walnuts
