    1 hour spin class
    1 ek bread with almond butter and baked apple
    1/2 container steak, 1 turkey meatball
    beef stew with carrots, peas and potatoes

  6. Wendy, sounds great. Did you make the stew? Have to get your recipe. Never made a stew. Martha Stewart i ain't. I'm sure you can just throw everything in the crock pot.
