HIGH CARB: 4:45 1 1/2 scoop protein shake, 5:30 23 almonds, 8:00 4 egg whites 2 yolks, 1 ezkiel w/ almond butter, 11:00 cucumber, 1:00 red pepper, 2:00 1 container ground beef w/ spinach salad 1tbs extra vig olive oil, 3:00 1 ezkiel w/ 1/2 tbs almond butter, 2 scoop protein, 3:45 back & abs, 5:00 2 scoop protein, Tom is away, so that mean tonight is CHEAT MEAL for me. weight at 3:45pm, 190lbs. Started at 196lbs.

    fresh cucumber and tomato
