women day 38, tues oct 27

If you are taking the kettlebell class on sunday make sure your wear either your super hero costume or tee shirt. I got my costume and I know a couple of you did as well.

    Low carb

    1 EZ cinn raisin
    1 tbs cashew butter (7)
    apple

    5 egg white omlette
    spinach
    mushrooms, peppers

    11 almonds (7)

    1 C talapia
    mixed veggies
    satay sauce (5)

    22 mixed almonds/cashews (14)

    spin/weights
    banana
    .5 cont of eggwhites 1tsp lite saff mayo
    spinach salad with .5 cont of turkey saus
    1 cont of sweet poto
    1 cont of steak mixed vege
    24 almonds
    2 tbl of almond butter

  4. 122 lbs - low carb day - 1 hour cardio-fusion class
    Morning: 1 scoop shake with banana and 1 TB AB
    Snack: 1 slice EK bread 1 tsp AB
    Lunch: 1 container pork with small salad oil/vinegar
    Dinner: ground turkey, cauliflower with boiled egg, and roasted broccoli
    Snack: 1 slice EK bread 1 tsp PB w/ 20 walnuts

    1 Tbs cashew butter (7)

    1 C chicken
    mixed veggies w/ 1 tbs pesto (5)

    22 mixed nuts (14)

    not sure about class this weekend, crazy with the kids as usual
