women day 21, sat oct 10th

Hey everyone! Welcome to the weekend. You are doing awesome. Please get your weights to me. Remember any questions or concerns you can email me directly.

Bootcamp and Kettlebell classes are still on at their regular times this weekend. Steve and I will be running them. I know, there is noone like Tom but we can try. I intend on shaving my head for the bootcamp class so you wont miss him too much.

  1. Hi, Jodi, I feel great, had sushimi for my cheat meal, one glass of wine, dark chocolate and some extar cashews and almonds. Well sushimi was part of my protein of the day with some extra pieces. Otherwise my day before cheat meal was:
    1 english muffin
    plum
    banana
    21/4 alm but(20)
    11 almonds(7)
    6 cashews (4)
    1 cont stirfry ground bison with green cabbage, celery, peppers, onions, garlic, bunch of different spices
    baked vegetables, beats
    tea
    coffee
    120 oz water
    have a great weekend, may be i will see you on sunday

  3. Hi Jodi,

    I am not sure how I am a day off, should I be putting my menu in the next morning for the day before or the night of like I have been? I already did Thursday's and you commented so here is Friday's food.

    Low carb

    1 ezekiel bread
    1 banana
    1 tsp PB (8)

    1C tuna
    1tbs mayo (4 grams not 14 like I put yesterday so I was actually 10 grams under thursday!)
    salad
    olives (4)

    1 ezekiel bread
    1 tbs PB (8)

    sushi for dinner, no rice and at least 3/4 avocado with a little bit of sauces on sashimi salad from Mazhu so I figure that took up the rest of my fats

    can't wait for high carb day tomorrow (sat) and cheat meal, I will e-mail weight in morning. have a great weekend!

  4. Sat. is my cheat meal - father in law's 80th! I weighed in this morning at 123 (lost 3 from the beginning of this challenge) I plan on having my usual protein shake, 1 carb, another fruit, and a protein. One cocktail tonight and a "tamed version" of a cheat meal. Today I did my chizzel class (weights, aerobics) for one hour.

    HI CARB AND CHEAT MEAL DAY
    coffee/stevia
    banana
    1 peice of ezk 1tbl almond butter
    apple
    .5 cont of eggwhites .5 cont brown rice 1tsp lite mayo
    salad vegies balsamic vinegar
    1 cont of sweet pototo

    Dont know what cheat meal will be tonight. I gave you my weight this morning. I will try to keep it tame!

  8. Nancy, looks good. japanese always always bloats me. so if you are heavier than you want to be it could be the sodium. don't get nervous just drink lots of water. Please, don't get in the habit of those sauces unless it is your cheat meal. i don't trust them.

    banana

    1 cont organic rolled oats
    11 almonds (8)

    1 cont grilled organic chicken breast
    baby organic spinach, cucumber, sweet pepper, roma tomatoes, red onion, lemon, balsamic

    11 almonds (8)
    17 cashews (12)

    cheat meal: sashimi with brown rice, edamame, 1 piece tofu (unfortunately it was deep fried), dessert

    white tea and 64ozs water
