Men day 26, Thursday October 15th

If you have not RSVPed to me about Saturday's seminar please do so... I need to know about how many chairs to set up and how many copies of material to have available. Right now, looks like it will be a great turn-out.

Low carb day

Protein
2 containers chicken
3 whole eggs
2 scoops Harmonized Protein with Greens First

Carbs
1 container brown rice

Fats
(1 serving from the egg yolks)
1 serving almond butter
1 serving walnuts
1 serving pumpkin seeds

Fruit
banana

LOW CARB: 4:45 1 1/2 protein, 5:30 23 almonds, 10:00 4 egg whites 2 yolk, 1 ezkiel w/ almond butter, 11:20 banana, 12:45 1/2 cucumber, 3:00 1 container ground beef, 1/2 container sweet potatos, 6:30 1/2 cucumber, 7:30 1 1/2 scoop protein shake, 9:15 1 container chicken w/ spinach salad & beats, 1tbs extra vig olive oil

    Mixed greens salad with grilled chicken, 1tbs olive oil and balsamic vinegar

    green tea
    water all day
