  1. Forgot to blog yesterday
    today is low carb
    spin/weights
    banana 1 tbl of almond butter
    .5 cont of eggwhites and 1 tsp of saff mayo
    spinach salad .5 cont of turkey sausage 10 walnuts
    1 cont of sweet pototoe
    cont of chicken and mixed vegetables
    10 almonds
    2 tbl of almond butter

    Feeling more hungry then usual these last few days. Don't know why. Any tips?!?!?

    apple, banana,
    1 container chicken sausage, 1 container chicken, kale, peppers, 1 container oats w/scoop of protein powder, 2 servings almonds

  3. Low carb day. 1 hour cardio class
    Morning: 1 scoop protein, banana, 1 TB AB
    Snack: 1/2 container brown rice farina with apple
    Lunch: 1/2 container brown rice pasta with ground turkey
    20 almonds/walnuts
    Dinner: lamp chops with roasted broccoli and cauliflower

  4. Bethe, the best tip i can give you to curb the hunger is to eat lots of raw veggies. Also, how much water are you drinking?

  6. Jody, I am not that hungry. I eat a lot of peppers and drink a lot. Should I be? I do experience hunger for the 1st time on the plan though, I really look forward to my high days now. I am not cheating this weekend, it just doesn't motivate me when I do it and then I feel like crap after.
