  1. Hi Jody - Today was a low carb day (I think) and I took my 1 hour "cardio fusion" class

    AM: 1 scoop protein, banana, 1 TB Almond Butter

    Snack: 1 EK bread, 1 TB peanut butter, baked apple on top

    Lunch: 1 container tuna with 1 tsp canola mayo, red peppers, 2 pieces of multi grain crisp bread (20g carbs)

    Snack: 1 scoop protein, 1 tsp peanut butter

    Dinner: Large salad, 1 breast of grilled chicken, 20 walnuts, 1 TB oil, vinegar
    1/2 container brown fried rice

    Low carb day, mammogram in the morning-don't forget ladies to take care of yoursleves!!

    1 banana

    1 C egg whites
    spinach, mushrooms

    1 C chicken burger
    salad
    1/2 C sweet potato

    7 almonds (7)

    May have had some other fat, but don't think I did so I will eat 2 Tbs of AB later

    1/2 avacado (11)
    1 cont ground bison

    1 1/2 scoops protein shake

    2tbs almond butter (16)

    64ozs water
    white tea
