    1tbs-almond butter(8gf)

    11am-11 almonds(8gf)

    2pm-1/2cont-scallops(1/2p)
    cucumbers

    4pm-1tbs.almond butter(8gf)

    6pm-1cont-grass fed sirloin(p)
    1/2cont-sweet potato(1/2c)
    25 almonds
    LOW CARB DAY

    Low carb day, pretty much the same thing every morning for me since I like to eat at my desk, but I try to change things up at lunch and dinner.

    1 ez cinn raisin
    1 banana
    1 tbs AB (7)

    cole slaw mix w/ 1 tbs saflower mayo (4)
    1 C tuna
    peppers

    11 cashews (7)

    1/2 C brown rice
    steamed mixed veggies stired in with 1 tbs soy vey marinade (1)
    mixed that all together and put 1 piece grilled salmon (7) on top. tasted pretty good!

    22 cashews/almonds (14)
